Hi! I’m Nidhi
A passionate UX/UI designer, always striving to craft seamless, user-centered digital experiences. I’m a recent graduate with a degree in UI/UX Design, and I’ve spent my time mastering tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch to create interfaces that are both beautiful and functional.
The Unlikely Start
My journey into UX design wasn’t planned. Before 2019, technology was just a tool to complete schoolwork. But when COVID-19 hit, everything changed. I suddenly had time on my hands and a curiosity to explore something new. That’s when I discovered UX design. The idea of blending creativity with tech and psychology to improve user experiences really grabbed me.

The Challenge of Starting from Scratch
At first, I didn’t have a laptop, and I didn’t know the basics of design. But that didn’t stop me. I borrowed laptops, devoured online courses, and threw myself into understanding the core principles of UX. From basic computing to deep dives into user research and design strategies, every small win fueled my passion even more.
Academic Journey & Growth
During my studies, I focused not only on my coursework but also on gaining practical experience. I was determined to understand how users think, how to test designs, and how to make experiences that people actually love. My hard work paid off, I graduated with distinction, but more importantly, I had a solid foundation to build on.

Internships: Turning Theory into Reality
Internships were the game-changers for me. My first real taste of professional UX came with my internships, where I worked on real projects, collaborated with teams, and learned the ropes of client communication and feedback loops. One of the best parts? I got to see how design decisions directly impacted users and business goals.
From Introvert to Team Player
When I started, I was an introvert. Working alone was my comfort zone. But as I started collaborating with teams, attending brainstorming sessions, and exchanging ideas, I realized how valuable these interactions were to the design process. I learned to balance my introverted nature with the energy of teamwork, growing not just as a designer, but as a person.
Continuous Learning
Even after finishing my degree, I never stopped learning. I enrolled in online UX courses, explored coding, and constantly sought new ways to refine my skills. The more I learned, the more confident I became in solving design challenges and tackling bigger projects.

Looking Ahead
Reflecting on this journey, I’m proud of how far I’ve come. From a complete beginner to a confident UX designer, every step, no matter how difficult, has been worth it. I’m excited to continue learning and contributing to the world of UX, crafting digital experiences that solve real problems.
Conclusion: Embrace the Struggles
To anyone starting out in UX design, my advice is simple: Don’t be afraid of challenges. Every obstacle is an opportunity to learn and grow. Stay curious, stay persistent, and the journey will be incredibly rewarding.
